Usually we would do like this: copy the dll file to the “X: \ Windows \ system32” (X represents the directory drive letter where your system is, such as: \ Windows \ system32: C) directory.
Note:
A. If you are using a 32-bit Windows operating systems:
Simply unzip wininet.dll file within the “32 System” folder to: “X: \ Windows \ system32″ (X represents the directory drive letter where your system is, such as: C: \ Windows \ system32);

Please unzip wininet.dll file within the”64 System” folder to the “X: \ Windows \ SysWOW64” (X represents the directory drive letter where your system is, such as: C: \ Windows \ SysWOW64);
