I am in school right now and reading this book for english, and i think this a fabulous book. My only problem is that there is no sequal! i want more of this book, im thinking of writing the sequal myself. just so other people like me don’t have to go through what i am going through. And by the way my hole class thinks this is a fantastic book, and the language makes it way more real! I wounldn’t change this book for the world!!!!!

Honestly, if your 15 year old has a pproblem with swearing, then you must live in a bubble. And since when is it the author’s fault if a school decides not to censor? Or when the over-protective parent doesnt look closely enough at what a child’s reading? If your kid picked up book on porn and said he thinks its bad, why is that the author’s fault? It wasn’t apparently written for an under 18 audience. Oh silly silly parents… you cant eliminate what every author writes because if offends you. And also, being canadian has absolutly nothing to do with an author’s capibility to write. The fact that that was even added is just an ignorant thing for someone to say.

i dont know what this parent is so upset about. That was an amazimg book; im not one for reading books too often, but even i thought highly of it. The son is 15 in this day of age im more than positive they use swear words like that; or worse on a daily basis. Im 19.

i am a teenager myself and know that this boook is nothing but a leason to kids my age. to cheerish what they have, and does this parent really think this kid wont have foul laguage after everything hes been through?? come on now. if anything its a good thing to only have foul lauguage. atleast hes not out doing worse. hes trying to get by on all that he has.
